BBC2, 9pm tonight Paloma Faith gives remarkable access to film-maker Jane Mingay before and during the pandemic in one-hour documentary Paloma Faith: As I Am. The film has already gained a lot of coverage for its frank portrayal of the difficulties of a mother and performer in the music industry, and delves into Ms Faith’s avant garde cultural origins before stardom. Stern & Wild member Jane Mingay was already a celebrated photo-journalist before turning to film-making, evidenced in her ability to capture key moments while shooting on the move.
